2. Eligibility

• upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• circumvent rate limits, bans, or other technical protections;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the profiles, portfolio works, images and messages you post ("Your Content"). You grant ND a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the service (for example, showing your portfolio to other users or delivering your messages in a chat). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already shared into conversations with others and for backups retained for a limited time.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to post it. Do not upload work that is not yours to share.

6. Moderation

ND is a public community. Users can block and report others, and we may review reports, remove or hide content, and suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms — including issuing temporary or permanent bans. We aim to be fair but we do not guarantee that every report leads to action.

7. Intellectual property

8. Disclaimers
